At Vernies we are all about a great tasting cake.

Our freshly baked flavoursome sponges and homemade sauces are made using the finest ingredients, including premium butters, organic milk and free range eggs.

All our fondant covered cakes are coated with a thin layer of Belgian chocolate ganache, then smoothly topped with a thin layer of  fondant

Light and zingy lemon sponge, drizzled with lemon syrup, layered with lemon curd and lemon buttercream

 

​Classic Vanilla Bean

Light Madagascan vanilla infused sponge layered with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean buttercream

 

​Indulgent Chocolate Mud

Rich chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate ganache OR layered with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream

 

Cookies & Cream

Vanilla and chocolate sponge with Oreo chunks, layered with crushed Oreo cookie buttercream

Moist layers of red velvet sponge, layered between smooth vanilla bean buttercream

 

Baileys and Chocolate

Baileys and rich chocolate sponge, filled with salted caramel buttercream

 

Cherry Bakewell

Almond sponge, laced with Amaretto syrup, layered with morello cherry conserve and Amaretto buttercream

 

Coconut and Passion Fruit

A light coconut sponge, filled with passion fruit curd and white chocolate buttercream
